Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. We created this policy according to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

My Beauty Shop customers can submit the return requests for up to fourteen (14) days after receipt of the order. In addition, we give 1-hours window to change your mind and ask for a cancellation. But more about this down below.

ORDER CANCELLATION

After placing the order, we provide a 1-hour window to cancel the order Free of charge. To do this, You need to follow instructions in the Return Process section and select Order Cancellation in the Return Request Form.

RETURNS

Please note, that it’s clients responsibility to ship the item and cover the return cost. Return costs are not refundable.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We shall not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

REASON OF RETURN

When returning the item, we will ask to select one of the reasons:

  • Item was delivered broken or damaged
    All orders are handpicked and packed ensuring all items leaving My Beauty Shop are in mint condition. On occasions when the product arrived damaged, we will need some pictures to investigate this with our courier.
    Conditions: Damaged product must be returned to My Beauty Shop.
  • The wrong item was delivered
    All orders are handpicked and packed ensuring all items match the order, but on rare occasions, errors can happen.
    Conditions: Wrong product must be returned to My Beauty Shop.
  • Item does not meet quality standards
    Every single batch is manually tested to meet the best quality standards, therefore we accept full responsibility for items that do not. Please read our Product Quality guidelines for more information.
    Conditions: Product must be returned to My Beauty Shop.
  • No longer need the item
    We are upset that you no longer need the item, but we are sure we will find a new home for it.
    Conditions: Product must be returned to My Beauty Shop.
  • Don’t like the item
    We know that taste is subjective, therefore we did put a lot of effort in making product description as accurate as possible.
    Conditions: Product must be returned to My Beauty Shop.

RETURN PROCESS

  2. Fill in the form and click Request Return;
  3. Within 24 hours we will send you an email with the return information;
  4. Securely wrap and ship the package to My Beauty Shop address, which you can find below.

When returning items you are recommended to keep proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed on our end.
